You have the logistics taken care of, but you may need someone to help you choose an event theme, brainstorm
stylistic décor ideas and ultimately bring inspired details to life on event day. CelebRAEtions would love to style your event, ensuring that every decorative detail is personal, charming and displayed as planned. Everything from the linen color, to the floral design to your dessert bar can make a thoughtful statement to your guests. 


This complete styling package includes: 

  • 1 - 30 minute brainstorm session
  • 1 - 30 minute plan review
  • 1 - RAE inspired Pinboard (or Inspiration Board)
  • 1 - original RAE designed party station or display (please see FAQ for display examples) 
  • 1 - customized dessert station
  • Research to locate decor elements and supplies (10-12 items)
  • 3-hours of display and decor installation prior to the start of the event (including set-up for the originally designed stations). 


​Custom packages start at $750 (for non-wedding/kid events) are adjusted for travel time, décor and supply orders and additional services requested. Please contact RAE for a personalized quote. 


Style plans take an inspiration board to the next level of event styling and theme research. Rae provides you with customized image research, guidance on color palette, décor, theme and most importantly a visual and directional guide to implement your distinctive and unique vision.  Your style proposal will not only serve as your go-to guide when you are making decisions, but it can be the perfect reference when you are meeting with your vendors. Rae will take the time to personalize this proposal based on your consultation and will be sure to provide you with inspiring ideas that will "wow" your guests.

Brainstorming Sessions
You have a fantastic theme, but are looking for inspired and original ideas to bring it to life. CelebRAEtions is here to talk you through your creative concepts, assist in narrowing down your research and provide guidance on decor details including: color palette, floral design, menu and props to maximize the style of your next event.


Please note that clients often use consulting for assistance with both coordination and styling. 


This package includes: Two 60 minute brainstorming sessions

Hourly Consulting


For event planners outside of the Boston area, or for individuals who do not require two full brainstorming sessions, hourly consulting may be the perfect option for you.

Inspiration/pin boards are helpful resources for you to reference throughout the party planning process. This image only, go-to guide will provide you with the concise, creative direction you are looking for to keep you and your event on track. Similar to the style proposal, an inspiration board will help communicate your creative vision to your event vendors and help you make all of your décor and design choices.
